Computer Problems

PC does not turn on	confirm power connections are ok
Monitor does not turn on	confirm connections are ok

Connection Problems

Problem	Possible Solutions
PACE-2-Face cannot connect to server	confirm power connections are ok confirm access to internet

Sound/Image Problems

Problem	Possible Solutions
No sound from Headsets	in P2F standby mode, click on audio test
Microphone does not work*	- run audio wizard - right hand mouse click on local image - select properties - select audio tab - select audio wizard *If audio wizard fails check headset connections
Poor sound or image quality after connection (while in session)	- Hang-up to end session and reconnect, or try - set image size to small - click on local image - select properties - select image quality small
Audio/Sound is distorted	reduce microphone sensitivity - also reduce speaker loudness
Echo in headset	same solution as "Audio/Sound is distorted"
Your image is out of focus	adjust focus ring on camera please remeber to adjust camera to ensure your full image is visible for your partner

Sharing Problems

Problem	Possible Solutions
Sharing does not function/work or stops working	- end session and reconnect *** To help avoid this problem, avoid websites with JavaScript.
